Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated BPO Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various business processes outsourced to a BPO service provider. The BPO Executive will work closely with clients and the BPO service provider to ensure that outsourcing projects are completed within the agreed-upon timelines and adhere to the company's quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify their outsourcing needs and develop a project plan that meets those needs.
• Communicate with the BPO service provider to ensure that the outsourcing project is executed as per the client's requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report project status to the client.
• Ensure that the BPO service provider adheres to the agreed-upon quality standards and resolve any issues or escalations that may arise during the project.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT and finance teams, to ensure that the outsourcing project is integrated with the company's systems and processes.
• Manage and train a team of BPO professionals to ensure that they meet the client's requirements and deliver high-quality work.
• Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve project performance.
