Job Description

Dear Candidates,
Eclerx is hiring for Its international Voice/ Non-voice process for Chandigarh Location.
JD is as below:    
Any graduate / undergraduate with minimum experience of 6 months of experience can apply.

Job Responsibility: 
  • Resolve Customer queries and Complaints
  • Troubleshooting of technical issues related to customer's services
  • Assist the customers on queries regarding their Products and Services
  • Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems 
Skills Required:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
  • Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication
  • Understanding of web technology and cable setup
  • Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing

*5 day working.* Transport available for both sides.
