· Good Understanding ability.
· The associate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
· Accountable for rendering useful administrative support to other members of the customer care team.
· He will be responsible for documenting all calls with regards to participant inquire accurately using Call Tracking System.
· Responsibility of monitoring Call tracking for responses from the administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion.
