Customer Service Executive || US/UK Working Time @ SURAT
Job Description:
As the face of the company, you will manage and deliver the day to day client experience in person, over the phone and via email communication
Key Responsibilities are:
- Customer follow-up
- Responding to customer queries over phone and email
- Assist with social media
- Processing the orders received and making sure they dispatched on time
- Coordinating with courier companies to ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining stock and ordering product and material when required
- Coordinating with vendors
- Build and maintain the customer database
- Proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willing to wear various hats in a start-up environment
About You:
You will have previous experience in a customer service role with good administration skills. Good computer skills are essential, including a good knowledge of MS word and e-mail. Most importantly you will have a passion for delivering customer service and a positive and friendly approach.

- Confident presentation skills
- Experience in a customer service role
Location: Position is available at Votiko solutions private limited, located in SURAT.
Salary: ₹15,000 to - ₹30,000.00 /month
Hours: Monday-Saturday 10 am-6 pm
