Require PROCESS ASSOCIATE / Sr. PROCESS ASSOCIATE for a International Captive Call Center for Outbound Sales Process.

·        Excellent communication, convincing and interpersonal skills

·         Minimum 1 year Experience in an International BPO for a Voice Process

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment

·         Prior experience in telesales process, selling products directly to end-users

·         Good at identifying and prioritizing tasks which results in achieving the targets

·         Must be highly organized and self-motivated

·         Inform potential customers about our products using scripts

·         Answer questions about products or the company

·         Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pitch the product/service accordingly

·         Enter and update customer information in the database

·         Take and process orders in a accurate manner

·         Handle grievances in a mature manner and in line with the company’s culture

·         Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

·         Meet the daily/weekly/monthly & quarterly targets

Qualification - 10th/12th or Any Graduate.

Salary – Upto 30,000 pm + Incentives

Shift Timings – Any 9 hours Shift

W/offs – Any Two.

Interview Rounds – HR & Ops.
