The primary task of a BPO executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.They must show the willingness to learn new things. Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
Responsibilities:-
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Job Details:
Age: 18 years to 40years
Qualification :-Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
Shifts: Night shift
Salary: 18,000-35,000 INR
