The candidate is required to attend to the customers through emails, calls, Social Media and provide them with the required information.
The candidate is required to - (a) fulfill the store's requirements/Requests (b) also coordinate with inventory team to dispatch new stocks to the stores on a timely basis. (c) Coordinate with the shoot & design department to accumulate monthly collection for e-commerce department.
The candidate should be able to understand the customer's complaints/Requirements and work upon resolving them.
The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.
Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment.
