looking for dynamic, proactive, independent US Bench Sales specialists with previous experience. The candidates must work from our offshore office located near JNTU (Kukatpally).
Candidate Profile:At least 3+ year of experience as an IT Bench Sales in US IT staffing is must.
Proficient in marketing bench consultants in various IT Technologies
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
Prior experience in marketing H1-B, OPT,CPT, H4-EAD, US Citizen.
Responsible for negotiating with the Vendor and Clients, regarding the bill rates on w2/1099/CTC basis.
Strong experience in Business Development, Client Management, Client Penetration, Account Mapping, Sales, Etc.
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants.
Ability to demonstrate Full Sales Lifecycle (Rate/Salary Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & on Boarding etc.).
Must be a self-starter and an enthusiastic to mobilize prospective consultants and get them on board through networking & cold calling.
Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.
Negotiate rate or salary.
Maintain the database as per the skills, experience, location.
Form long-term relationships with candidates.
Review and understand technical job requirement.
Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met.
Format resumes, schedule/coordinate interviews, resume and document submission to meet client/vendor expectations.
