Job Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Providing exceptional support and assistance to resolve customer issues or concerns.
• Managing customer accounts, updating information, and processing orders.
• Building rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.
• Utilizing CRM tools and software to manage customer interactions effectively.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
.Salary: ₹20,000 to - ₹90,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
