Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call center processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
Ability to work night shifts to accommodate international time zones.
