• Good communication skill
  
• Male & female candidates preferred
  
• Min 1 year above experience asqualityin BPO field
  
• Call auditing and calibration
  
• Good inqualityparameters
  
• Conducting refresher training, RNR etc..,
  
• Good System knowledge (Excel)
  
• Salary range 12K to 15K (Negotiable)
