Duties and Responsibilities

Answering phones from customers professionally and responding customer inquiries and complaints.
Providing customer with the organization’s service and product information.
Handling and resolving customer complaints and customer service issues.
Following up with customer where required to ensure end to end resolution
Recording details of customers, inquires , complaints, and action taken .
Other duties as assigned.
Should be energetic and proactive in approach
Prior experience is a plus
