Job Brief

We are looking for enthusiastic Fund Raising Associates to develop an understanding about our campaign over the phone. You would be responsible for collecting donation over the phone and maintaining good relationship with prospects/donors. 

An effective Fund Raising Associate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting Foundation’s work over the phone as well as dealing with any doubt raised by prospect.

The goal is to help the Foundation grow by bringing in donors and developing Foundation’s work.

Roles & Responsibilities

·       Contact potential or existing prospects to inform them about a Foundation’s work using scripts

·       Ask questions to understand prospects mindset and convince him/her for donation 

·       Direct prospects to the field team when needed

·       Enter and update prospect/donor information in the database

·       Handle grievances to preserve the Foundation’s reputation

·       Go the “Extra Mile” to meet Fundraising quota and facilitate future donation

·       Keep records of calls and donation and note useful information in Foundation’s database

Skillset Required

·       Good communication skills

·       Confident while communication

·       Ability to understand and comprehend communication 

·       Knowledge about social work will add to the weightage

·       Good time management

·       Ability to be a team player

·       Cool tempered and ready to handle rejection

·       Quick Learner

Eligibility

·       Male or Female candidate

·       Fresher/Experienced candidate

·       12th Pass/Graduate/Post Graduate

·       Day Shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

·       6 Days working

·       Age between 18 to 40 years
