Job Description:
i. Responsible for attending calls and providing information

as requested by the caller, using a very user-friendly Software.
ii. Ensure that appropriate information is provided while taking a call.
iii. Ensure that the duration of the call is within the standardized Average Time Taken (ATT).
iv. Adhering to the quality norms
v. Candidates will be provided with specialized training on the software to retrieve information on anything and everything under the sun
Skills Required:

i. Excellent Communication Skills

ii. Pleasant voice with pleasing telephonic etiquette’s
Basic Qualification: Any Graduate / HSC passed.
Salary Offered:- Rs. 16,000/-
Part-Time Salary: Rs. 10,000/-
Timings for Part-Time – 10am to 3pm & 5pm to 10pm
Timings for Full Time – Boys-Rotational Shift (Any 9 hours)

Girls-Rotational Shift (Any 9 hours) No Night Shift
5 days working in a week.
