Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a BPO voice process is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
