Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting the Customers and Contact potential customers as well as promote the company's product & service using scripts.
and professional selling skills, followups with customers to buy products or services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information along with price quotations.
Explain the product features & benefits, related information to customers leading to sales generation.
Collect & record names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazines, reply cards, and other sources.
Keeping a detailed record of all the prospects viz. names, addresses, purchase orders, payment method, feedback, etc.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or arrange for customers to attend sales presentations/ demonstrations.
Call or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
Answering incoming calls from prospective customers and handling their queries.
