department with excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for
providing clients with some of the best travel deals in the industry while
delivering the highest level of customer service.
They should have the expertise in converting the
inbound calls into confirmed sales and thus generating revenue for the
company. Their profile includes assisting the corporate and business client with
the best routing for their destination and competitive fares available in the
market. Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy are the
desirable characteristics.
Should
be Fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak)
2 - 5 years of Experience in the outbound voice process
Salary + incentive
Shift : Rotational Shifts India / UK / US
Experience: 2-4 years
Required Candidate Profile
Experience
in international outbound process
Provide World Class Customer Service
The job will require you to handle the International
& domestic voice process
