Job Summary
Leader for the Branch work processes, single point of contact at the Branch.The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of multi-functional work processes at the branch. He is responsible for ensuring the functioning of Daily Work Processes. Is responsible for identifying opportunities areas in the multi-functional work processes (Logistics, finance, HR & IT, interfacing work processes with Re-sale) and develop & lead implementation of processes. This role involves providing ongoing coaching/ training support to System operator, Logistic Officer, Cashiers, Delivery staff, helpers etc
Responsibilities and Duties

Key Skills
Persuasive Communication skills, Strong Leadership (esp. influencing skills) skills, Ability to work with diverse people and exceptional maturity levels.
Required Experience and Qualifications
: About 1.5 - 2 years of work experience in the area of Logistics OR Administration OR Accounting OR Customer service
