Seeking candidates with experience over 3 years in retail industry, people with ability to handle the customers and his team, target achieving skills and planning.

Developing and implementing sales plans. 

Conducting regular sales and operations meetings.  

Train employees and evaluate their performances.

Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.

Prepare reports on sales.

Create and maintain relationships with clients.

Liaise with other branches to share strategies.
