Branch managers are responsible for overseeing operations in financial institutions.
Typical duties may include training new employees, conducting meetings, supervising day-to-day operations, handling complaints, performing disciplinary actions and maintaining a safe working environment.
In order to find the right branch manager for your organization, the first step is to create strong banking job descriptions.
Consult with all clients regarding financial requirements.
Recommend products and services inclusive of credit structures.
Develop loan packages for credit review as well as underwriting.
Ensure to open plus service accounts within certified limits and ensure records are maintained within given policies and guidelines.
Evaluate financial, tax plus credit needs of all customers.
