  • Urgent opening for Branch Operations Manager
  • Location : Orissa and  Mundra (Gujarat)
  • Exp: 3yrs
Responsibilities Of Branch Manager.
  • Ensure efficient functioning of Operations of the branch including daily reporting– timely and error free.
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating of activities to ensure smooth functioning of the branch keeping profit targets as bench mark.
  • Maintain effective client relations and key account management to ensure total client satisfaction.
  • Compliance of all legal laws & Liaisoning with Government Authorities.
  • Recruitment of employees in place of vacancies arising out of Retirements, promotion, Transfers & resignations.
  • Timely billing & recovery so as to maintain realization of receivable as per terms & condition of the contract.
  • Training new recruits as well as promotes, motivating staff to shoulder additional responsibilities.
  • To attend and resolve queries of the client to the satisfaction of the customers.
  • Ensuring prompt reply to clients query/mails.
  • Daily coordination with Regional Office on day to day affair.
  • Proper coordination with your Branch Manager on day to day functioning of the branch.
  • Regular meeting with the clients and addressing the issues and report through mail to HO for MOM.
  • To ensure that all lines report are sent on time; coordinating with the yards/CFS to ensure that daily reports are received in time.
  • Special attention to be paid with regards to key client for their reporting.
