Direct interaction with the walk in customers of the bank to introduce the cards and explain the product to them.
Follow up on leads as provided by the bank and other associates.
Attend team meetings and briefings with superiors and other team members.
Follow up the allocated target and work towards achieving the same on or before the stipulated time period.
Ensure that all Sales/MIS reports are prepared and shared with the team as per the guidelines.
Ensure that the documentation processes of the clients’ accounts are accurately completed on time, with utmost care and diligence.
Work as a team player in order to achieve the individual and group targets.
Participate in other branch visits to ensure the smooth flow of operations and revenue generation.
Provide output / suggestions to the team mates and superiors that may improve the work quality in general.
Reach out to other branches and areas, if required, as per the instructions from the superiors.
Provide quality Customer service to all Clients and Customers
