Job Description

All like HR Responsibilities include:

Need to handle more than 80 helpers who are working various places throughout India.

Appointment of helpers - Salaries - TA - DA - Recruiting - Posting them as per company requirement.

Oversee recruitment and hiring processes

Manage employee onboarding and training programs

Handle employee relations and conflict resolution

Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance issues

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Support employee career development and succession planning

Organize company events and team-building activities

Skills:

Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Proficient in HR software and MS Office
