To achieve monthly sales target of Credit Card through the branchesBank from Monday to Friday or ATM on Saturday.
Maintaining excellent relationship with employees of theassigned branch.
To resolve the queries and complaints of Cardcustomers coming to branch.
Qualification:
Minimum Educational Qualification: Pursuing Graduation or XIIPass
Experience:
Candidates with experience in sales will be preferred.
WorkExperience in Credit Card Company / Financial Services or Telecom will be anadded advantage.
Additional Details:
Minimum Age should be 18 Yrs.
Branch will be allocated basis the business requirement and availability.Executive need to operate out of branch as per assigned timings.
Mandatory to report atSales office for application submission on daily basis post 6 PM. This officewill be within 10 km of the branch.
Salaries will be paid through bank account between 5thor 7th of every month. Salary will be at par and is not a constraintfor eligible Candidate. Lucrative Incentive can be earned in addition to salaryon target achievement.
Disciplineand punctuality mandatory to be maintained at work place.
This is a target based front end job with mandatory fieldvisits. There will be no backend work at the branch.
The candidate will be on the third party payroll.
There will be 3 day training program from 1stday of Joining and its mandatory to complete the training certification.
On 2nd and 4th Saturday,candidates are required to attend training programs or fulfill sales leads.through ATM
