Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Branch Sales Representative. This role will focus on driving sales for both two-wheelers and used cars within our branch. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a thorough understanding of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Showcase and demonstrate two-wheeler and used car inventory to potential buyers.
Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
Ensure a positive buying experience for every customer, building long-term relationships and fostering customer loyalty.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the features, specifications, and pricing of two-wheelers and used cars in our inventory.
Educate customers about the benefits and advantages of different models, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Address any technical questions or concerns customers may have regarding the vehicles.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, transactions, and inventory status.
Coordinate with the finance and administrative teams to complete paperwork and documentation related to sales transactions.
Assist in inventory management, including conducting regular audits and ensuring proper maintenance of vehicles on the lot.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on two-wheelers and used cars.
Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of financing options and automotive financing processes.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Additional Information: This position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary and commission-based incentives. The Branch Sales Representative will report to the Branch Manager and collaborate closely with other team members to achieve branch sales targets and objectives.
