Do you have the skill to represent the agency while meeting the client, and represent the client while delivering brief to the creative team? The Brand Manager will be responsible for Advising on the integration between all channels and ensuring that advice is delivered with confidence and in collaboration with creative / strategy teams. He/she will be managing day-to-day affairs for on-going campaigns and tracking performance activities. Will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of work and project manage on-going activity, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and to budget. 

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Brand Manager at Orca Studio: On any given day you might:

•   Provide input and/or craft quality proposals, presentations, pitches or reports

•   Assist in the delivery in proposals, activity plans and projects according to clients

  requirements

•   Manage post campaign evaluation, highlighting strengths and identifying

  opportunities to improve future campaigns

•   Serve as the key, day-to-day agency representative for our clients

•   Oversee internal Marketing department operational work

•   Implement tactical plans and daily program execution to accomplish our client's

marketing objectives

•   Develop strategic and creative briefs on par with agency and client standards

•   Participate in the client planning process, including situation analysis, digital media

  planning, and campaigns development.

•   Collaborate with creative and interactive departments to digital strategy, review

  concepts and develop client presentations

•   Execute media management aspects of planning and execution

•   Support and work with sales team on pre-sale research and pitch

•   Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to

  build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the creative team.

The Ideal Person:

 Has an excellent written and verbal communications skill.

•   Has a thorough knowledge of the principles of advertising agency, marketing, and technology

•   Uses an alternative analytical approach to solve interactive problems

•   Has experience identifying new client opportunities and can act as a liaison to pitch

  clients on such opportunities

•   Exhibits a passion for advertising and the creative process

•   Has a track record in problem-solving, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced creative

environment

You fit the bill if you:

 1 - 3 years experience Marketing/Advertising

•   Is a curious and active listener who knows what questions to ask, and of whom

•   Demonstrated ability to prioritize work for themselves and others

•   Excellent written skills including the ability to create strategy set-ups and an agency

  point-of-view, if experienced

•   Exercises good judgment and seeks guidance when outcomes are uncertain
