Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on event management: A crucial aspect of the internship will involve organizing both online and offline events and activations to promote the brand. By participating in the planning and execution of various events, the intern will gain hands-on experience in creating memorable brand experiences that resonate with the target audience.
2. Work on brand strategy development: During the internship, the brand marketing executive will work closely with the brand manager to create a robust brand strategy. conducting market research to identify target audiences and consumer insights. through this process, the intern will learn to define the brand's positioning, messaging, and value proposition, which will serve as a foundation for the company's marketing efforts.
3. Handle the marketing campaign execution: The intern will play a part in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that aim to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. The intern will also be trained in optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
4. Manage the market analysis and competitor research: Throughout the internship, they will learn to monitor market trends, conduct competitor research, and analyze consumer behaviour. The intern will identify opportunities for brand growth and assist the Brand Manager in adapting and refining brand strategies accordingly.
