Position: Brand Marketing, PR & Communication
Grade: SM/AVP (Depending on experience & Interview assessment)
We need you to :-- Build & Lead overall Brand, PR & Communication strategy for Product, Service & Partnerships that creates pull & delivers customer acquisition & engagement.
- Build brand awareness, salience & affinity to fuel customer growth and engagement. Lead the development of brand voice & personality.- Drive 360-degree campaigns across channels like out-of-home(OOH),print, radio, social, digital, PR, OTT
- Drive Brand consistency across marketing assets- Develop a national PR communications and product/partnership launch plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media- Manage media inquiries, review requests and pitch stories to the media.- Create/Review content for press releases and press kits content- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on daily basis- Analyze the coverage received for the week and prepare Monthly coverage analysis report- Organize events, press conference, blogger events, product/Partnership launches, exhibitions and press tours to ensure a smooth launch of new products/ Partnerships.- Coordinate with the PR agency, Manage PR agency performance and building relationships with key media editors and relevant KOLs- Develop strategic media engagement strategy and enhance relationships with key media, policy stakeholders and influencers in the market.- Work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm.Basic Qualification:-- Minimum 5 years experience in Brand marketing, PR & Communications.- Strong drive for execution and delivering results in an ambiguous environment.
