Responsibilities

• Communicate with higher management in Tech Parks.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers and evaluate vendors.
  
• Participate in the discussion of the company's development strategy, and made feasible marketing planning policies per the company's strategic decisions.
  
• Responsible for the management and supervision of sales management, and achieved the sales target set by the company.
  
• Continuously collect market and competitive product information, develop channel construction strategies, and timely adjust marketing strategies per business development trends.
  
• Formulate brand strategy, product strategy, price strategy, marketing strategy, and organized supervision, implementation and supervision.
  
• Responsible for effective team building, and constantly improve the overall quality of the team by training and motivating employees.
  

Professional Qualifications

• Strong social skills
  
• Excellent team management ability, excellent communication, organization and coordination ability, good professional ethics
  
• Have relevant industry marketing management experience,
  
• MBA or Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record (strong preference for communication and quantitative backgrounds: mathematics, economics, etc.
  
• At least 2 years of marketing experience at a major agency or high-profile brand.
  
• Expert knowledge of growth and acquisition marketing
  
• Buying, optimization and KPI management.
  
• Proven track record of ability to optimize and scale campaigns.
  
• Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.
