Brand - Online Community Manager

Work Experience : 2 - 5 Years
- Managing and growing the online community of our customers - both from a communication point of view, and for the point of view of managing sentiments.
- Ensure that our communication on the forum is active, regular, transparent and consistent with the organizational video.
- Think of initiatives to lend a sense of identity to the community and bring them closer to both the brand and to each other.
- Regularly highlight the Voice of Customer emerging from the Forum to the rest of the team.
Experience & Skills :
- First-hand experience in managing a consumer-facing Forum or a community
- Has worked in outward communications facing role in a B2C company
