Job Description

THE ROLE

You would be one of the driving forces ensuring that the Brand Solution Team thrives as one of the biggest Digital Influencers pool, content, and creative ideas hub for our roster of advertisers, building up to a strong revenue stream from the Brands.

Your key role is to identify, partner & map brands for all Digital Influencers' requirements in standalone content or branded ent Ips that can be monetized. You will also help build their content for brand usage in order to service the advertiser/brands marketing/communication objective.

You should be pragmatic, detail-focused, and result-oriented with experience in advertising Sales ecosystem, Influencer marketing, and Revenue planning. Operational understanding of the Digital Influencer economy along with Brand and Marketing fundamentals would be an added advantage.

Exposure to Digital Branded Content KPI Measurement etc. will be an added advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, evaluate and map your allotted Brands for influencer marketing, Branded IP’s & solution opportunities based on advertiser requirements.
  • Build relationships with the digital and content teams in key agency networks to sell in digital and content solutions for new & existing clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with our brand/client preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns.
  • Direct ownership of the digital revenue targets for the assigned brands and markets.
  • Partner with the creative, Talent Management, and Brand Measurement team to bring the right kind of Influencer partnership Solutions to Brand opportunities and drive closures.
  • Commercial planning with the Digital Creator/Talent team to build a strong ecosystem for brand interest and execution.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day planning, running, delegation, collaboration, problem-solving, and delivery on projects (Both Internal and External teams).
  • Understanding various digital rights associated with video/audio content and their application as well as the implication is essential.
  • Track the latest Influencer Marketing ecosystem and keep internal teams abreast of possibilities that brands could pursue.
  • Should be proficient in making presentations to advertisers.

What To Bring

  • 0-5 years of experience in Digital Sales from the Media Industry or Content Platforms.
  • A good network of Clients & Agency Connect
  • A good understanding of the Digital Ecosystem.
  • Up-to-date understanding of best offerings in digital content from content creators that brands have partnered with.
  • Negotiation & Selling Skills
