- Work with Leadership team to create effective process documents and communication channels for all Change Management. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
- Develop means of increasing employee adoption and awareness of any change in the team (Structural/ business specific/ geo specific). Impact analysis pre-during-post the change would also be a key requirement of the role
- This role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
- The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
- The change HR Partner will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
- Additionally, the change HR partner will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. He/she may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
- Work with marketing and communication teams to build and maintain a strong employer brand for the unit in Wipro
- Create digital marketing and advertising strategies to generate targeted pipeline for key talent segments, inclusive of strategy, execution, reporting and optimization
- Targeted focus on candidate engagement through social media channels.
- Create content that employees can use to elevate and amplify the unit brand in their own social media presence, use of yammer effectively
- Keep up to date on talent retention and digital marketing trends to identify and recommend innovations and new channels to contextually reach target candidates in Wipro
- Ensure improvement in EES scores for the service line YonY through active communication and branding initiatives
- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute, with relevant years of work experience.
- This person must be creative and well-organized and able to establish social media and print- and web-based campaigns under short deadlines.
