Job Description

BTL Marketing

Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key responsibilities:

To design & implement marketing programs supporting acquisition targets and branding
Responsible for preparing and executing the BTL marketing calendar including (but not limited to).
Ensure cost-effective deployment of visibility collateral, signage, events & outdoors
Monitoring of Outdoor campaigns
Required to take ownership and to work with different teams to maintain a smooth presence offline.
Be adept at BTL trends and competition benchmarking
End-to- end planning, execution and analysis of on-ground campaigns and BTL branding
Visit market frequently to understand the opportunities and challenges
Coordinate with agencies and vendors for campaign execution and budgets

Ideal Candidate would be:

Graduates or post-graduates with 1-3 years of experience in Events, Community/BTL and Brand
Good communication and negotiation skills
Should have a result-oriented approach with an analytical bent
Open to 10-15% local travel
An out of the box and energetic marketer
Conversant in Kannada would be a plus
