Job Title: Bus Captain/Bus Travel Coordinator For Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore locations

Position Type: Full-time, Night Shifts (starting after 7 PM and returning in the morning). E.g.: If login at 10pm return in the morning by 10am/11am.

For Hyderabad Location Requirements: Jobseekers who stay within 10 km of the following areas:  Mehdiptanam, Lakdikapool, Ameerpet, Kukatpally, JNTU, KPHB, Miyapur can apply. Must speak fluent Telugu and English

For Chennai Location Requirements: Jobseekers who stay within 10 km of the following areas:  Velachary, Siruseri, Koyembedu, Thoraipakkam, Medavakkam, Perungudi, Keelkatalai,Adyar, Guindy, Ambattur, Anna nagar, Padi can apply. Must speak Tamil and English fluently.

Location Requirements: Applicants must reside within 12 km of the following areas: Whitefield, Chandapura, Majestic, Hebbal, Kalasipalya, Elcome, Chandapura.  

Languages: Fluent in Kannada, English, and one additional language (Telugu or Tamil); proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.

For all localities proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.

 Job Responsibilities:

Manage spot bookings and encourage passengers to purchase return journey tickets. Collect feedback, ratings, and reviews from passengers.

Travel long distances (10-14 hours daily) with the bus to the destination and back.

Coordinate with the bus driver, cleaning staff, Passengers

Requirements:

Age: 18-33 years old, Male candidates only.

Education: Minimum 10th, diploma or equivalent; intermediate and degree holders are welcome to apply.

Availability: Ability to work varying hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Skills: Customer service, Hospitality, Sales knowledge, Convincing skills

Salary & Benefits: Freshers: ₹15,000/month take-home no deductions

Incentives: Attractive incentives between ₹5000 - ₹15,000/month for selling return journey tickets
