Department Overview
Technology Control group is accountable for technology related risks across Wells Fargo Technology footprint. Global delivery risk management team is responsible for managing offshore risks for the Bank. As (Front Line of Defense) FLOD, we are responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring risk-based programs to identify, assess and mitigate any operational risk that arises from inadequate or failed internal processes, people, systems or external events, while maintaining a balance between risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
About The Role :
This position would be responsible for the systems and technologies used to assess and manage information security risk. The candidate would work closely with the business and development teams to review business requirements, provide technical use cases and Quality Assurance (QA) of the systems used for IS Risk and Compliance. This role is expected to develop test plans, test cases and test scripts to demonstrate traceability to functional requirements. The candidate would also execute the test cases and assist in the triage and resolution of defects discovered. Assist the business owners in the triage of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The candidate would work with the business and the technology teams to maintain and manage changes on the platform and to manage continuous improvements.
Responsibilities :

• Review business requirements developed for Information Security Risk Management solutions and clarify questions, if any.
• Develop technical use cases based on the business requirements, to be consumed by the development team. Clarify any queries, if any on the use cases developed.
• Define the test plan for test design and execution
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases based on the defined technical and business requirements
• Develop traceability matrix between defined functional requirements and test scenarios
• Execute test cases, report and manage defects identified
• Participate in project team huddle and stand up meetings
• Assist in the administration and management of the IS Risk Platforms
  

Qualifications Essential :

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• At least 3+ years of experience in RSA Archer design, configuration, testing and support
• Good technical and functional understanding of solutions in Archer like Policy Management, Risk Management, Compliance Management, Issue Management etc.
• Strong time management skills with ability to participate in multiple assigned tasks
• Strong collaboration and written/verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of SDLC processes (Like Waterfall and Agile)
• Experience of using tools such as HP ALM, JIRA
• Experience of platform management (Change Management, Continuous Improvement processes)
• Analytical thinker who is able to solve problems.
• Experience in Consulting or Financial Institutions
• Archer certified Administrator
