(Functional)Position Purpose
To function as a business analyst for Cash Management catering to a number of applications related to the eBanking/International Payments platform. To completely manage the end-to-end implementations with Business and other stakeholders.
Needs to be involved in the requirements gathering, writing of the business requirements and functional specifications. Needs to liaise up with the development team, TCOE, coordinate UAT and be involved in production implementation.
The Candidate Must Be Able To
- Clearly understand the client business requirements and provide optimal solutions
- Contribute to the analysis and drafting of business requirements and functional specifications,
- Writing of Business Test Cases and conducting the SIT & UAT cycles.
- Should be well versed with the SDLC cycle, quality and release control processes
- Should have high-level technical knowhow to be able to drive technical/security related changes with the IT teams.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Writing and Reviewing BRDs, FSDs, working closely with Business and operations stakeholders for requirement analysis for Cash management applications and eBanking platform.
Needs to be involved in the requirements gathering, writing of the business requirements and functional specifications. Needs to liaise up with the development team, TCOE, coordinate UAT and be involved in production implementation.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal development, TCOE, IT security, architecture and other transversal teams.
- Review overall solution to see the best and optimized fit into the applications old and new.
- Work as a team player for topics spanning across projects, teams.
- Quality conscious and appropriate documentation complying to SDLC standards

The Job Requires
- Background in Cash Management payments, reporting, etc.
- Knowledge of E-banking systems and their implementation.
- Strong background of payments and reporting platforms with a good knowledge of End-to-End flows.
- Knowledge of Core banking systems
- Knowledge of various clearing systems and different payment types like RTGS, Immediate payments, Cheques, LVP, Cross-Border TTs, etc

Experience Required
Specific Qualifications (if required)
- Around 5 - 7 years overall banking experience
- 5 years minimum experience of working/implementing Payments, E-banking systems, Collections platforms, development across various cash management applications international/domestic.
- Working Knowledge of at least one Database (Oracle/MS SQL),3 tier architecture, Web application servers, and basic UNIX is a plus.
- Good fluency in English
- Having graduated from a top University is a plus
