Roles and Responsibilities:
Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards
Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
Establishing, maintaining and expanding the store partners
Servicing the needs of your existing store partners
Increasing business opportunities. Building new leads/store partners and pitch offers.
Educating sales staff at stores.
Collecting feedback and market research.
Getting and managing promoters when needed.
Key Skills:
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in working with and influencing other people
Experience of working with the Beauty Brand will be a plus
Experience in working with distributors
Must have done field work and modern trade.
Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision
