Job Purpose: To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales.
Job Responsibility:
Conducting research and analysing data to identify and
define audiences.
Making calls by targeting the right clients
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Understanding client requirement and suggesting our relevant
site
Convincing client for site visits
Skills Required:
Communication skills (English preferred and any other
language)
Convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Qualification: Graduate,
Exp – 0-5 years (preferred in Real Estate)
Flexible to work in weekend
Salary – As per market standard [Salary + Attractive
incentives]
Working days – Wednesday to Monday, Tuesday off.
