Lead Generation: Drive consistent inflow of qualified education loan files through consultant channels.
Follow-ups and Coordination: Coordinate with consultants and internal operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan files.
Market Research: Stay updated with trends in the education sector and loan industry to tap new opportunities for consultant acquisition.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of consultant activities, lead pipelines, and conversion rates. Submit weekly/monthly performance reports.
