Job Description:
1 Define new opportunities and implement value selling processes to achieve annual financial targets and ensure performance metrics are met.
2. Partner with key internal stakeholders in the regional and global market to develop the value proposition, define & implement a strategic plan
3. Engage with top management of targeted existing and potential customers to promote differentiated offerings.
4. Provide timely and accurate monthly reports to measure progress against agreed plans effectively.
5. Responsible for the achievement of sales objectives for the existing business.
6. Work in coordination with shipping operations teams to execute the purchase orders.
7. Working and contacting existing customers and sales managers and estimating their needs.
8. Defining short term and long-term objectives and strategy.
9. Work in coordination with the supplier relationship management team to develop Asia-pacific specific data to define sales and product strategy.
10. Identifying service needs & Develop service models for customers.
11. Ownership to Work on futuristic projects – validation, examining risks, potential mapping, studying local trends & Planning.
12. Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Eligibility:
· Graduate or Science graduate with an MBA, marketing
· At least three (3) years experience
· Track record in business development
· Go-getter attitude with the ability to get the Work done from people not reporting to him.
· Ability to see the big picture and have the tenacity to pursue it overcoming fatigue.
· Excellent presentation skills, Demonstrated business and commercial acumen
· Positive attitude – Achiever, self-motivated, persistent in following up, and willingness to develop skills required for personal development.
· Well-developed professional selling skills and account management skills
