We have an urgent job opening for a Business advisor at our company - Indiafilings Pvt. Ltd.

Job location - Mahape, Ghansoli- Navi mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:

Call clients from provided leads by the company and help them with Trademark registration, guiding and giving advice to clients for Trademark of their Businesses)
Work as an advisor to the customers, and guide them for their Business registrations
Handle customer requests over the phone and email on a daily basis, including outbound calls.
Respond to customer requests within the accepted turn-around time
Convert provided leads into Sales.
Complete tasks like filing of forms, applying for licenses, etc., towards completion of the engagement
Complete all assigned tasks on-time-Provide regular updates to the client
Report to team leaders on job performance
Explore opportunities for up-selling and cross-sales-Work punctually and diligently.

Job Requirement:

Any Degree is mandatory, (Bcom, BBA, BMS, MBA, Mcom are preferable, HSC with Experience can also apply)
Salary - 14000 to 16000 p.m. depending on interview performance (Apart from the salary you can get Incentives based on your performance)
Freshers can also apply
Experience - 0 to 3 years
Fluent in English
Additional languages - Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, will be added advantage. ( Not mandatory)
Working Hours & Shifts: Day (9.00 AM to 6.00 PM),Mon-sat (Sunday off)
Training will be provided-No fieldwork, it will be an office-based job.
The candidate will have to work from the office.
