Job Description:
- Relevant Experience: 4-6 years nQualification/Skills n t4-6 years of Experience in Automotive/Manufacturing especially in Dealer Management System (DMS)
- At least 2+ years of experience in managing requirements of Dealer Management System projects for Automotive/Manufacturing and/or Retail/Telecom industry
- Experience of working in at least 2 SDLC projects starting from requirement collection to go-live n tShould be aware of industry specific Channel Partner s Operations and DMS operations
- Should be aware of Integration Scenarios with peripheral systems
- Should have an experience in requirement collection, Testing, data migration, transitioning and Rollout/Implementation
- Experienced in capturing business requirements using UML diagrams Use Cases, Story Boards, Process Flow, STD etc.
- Experience of managing team n tShould have an experience in handling L2/L3 Support
- Should be clear & confident in communication Written & Oral, presentation skills, customer communication
- Strong analytical skills n tGood written and verbal communication skills nRoles & Responsibilities
- Participates in solution requirement and design discussion, Elicits user requirements and provide business insights
- Translating business requirements to software specifications
- Develops, writes, and communicates systems design, functional system specifications and functional architecture analysis
- Manage conflicting requirements and help customer in making decisions
- Work closely with development team to address functional queries n tValidate implemented requirements
