**Job Description:**Softech Planet is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Bidder to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Bidder, you will be responsible for securing new projects and opportunities through various freelance platforms, including Freelancer, Upwork, People Per Hour, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Identify and evaluate project opportunities on freelance platforms.
2. Write compelling bids and proposals tailored to client requirements.
3. Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
4. Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop project estimates and timelines.
6. Maintain a strong online presence and actively seek new business opportunities.
7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed of market changes.
8. Build and maintain relationships with clients and freelancers to foster long-term partnerships.
**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Bidder in the IT industry.
2. Familiarity with freelance platforms such as Freelancer, Upwork, People Per Hour, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
8. Portfolio of successful bids and projects (preferred).
