Awing is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented candidate to join the Client Engagement team in Bangalore.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Candidate primary function would be analysis and interpretation of various data regarding sales and client engagement and draw insight from analytic to drive key business decisions.

2. Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. on a team level and organisational level to evaluate various business functions.

3. Candidate should love working with business intelligence tools, can model multidimensional datasets, and can partner with business leaders to answer key business questions.

4. Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve business performance.

5. Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.

6. Ensure KPIs are published and reviewed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and perform analysis on any behaviours/processes that could impact on data integrity.

7. Candidate has to own the client dashboard, make sure data is up to date always and communicate the various metrics and KPIs to respective stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

1. 2-5 years of experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math or Statistics. Master’s degree preferred.

3. Analytical skills – has the ability to ask the right questions, analyze data, draw the conclusion by making appropriate assumptions.

4. Organization skills – demonstrated ability to work independently to make complex investigations, has self-discipline, is diligent and can manage time appropriately.
