Job Description

QUALIFICATION 

CA or MBA Finance or MBA Marketing

EXPERIENCE

Preferably with one or two years post qualification.

1.       Having worked in areas of business planning, financial reporting, management accounting, process audits, investor relations, costing, product pricing.

2.       Having expert knowledge in MS Office - very good excel, PPT skills.

3.       Data mining skills using advanced excel and other tools., preferable

4.   Ability to read and interpret financials, process, reports. Basically a smart individual who can learn fast

5.   Make compelling Presentations, can be taught

SOFT SKILLS

1. Willing to learn

2. Great team player - doesn’t have intellectual arrogance - humble but capable

3. Excellent communication - should have the self-assurance to deal with more experienced colleagues

4. Ability to multi-task - Not sure with youngsters this will be available. 

5. Handle Client Relationship - self-assurance and confidence and not overawed by seniority

6. Problem solver - a willingness to learn and execute.

IN SUMMARY 

Good knowledge of Finance and Excel.
Must be eager to learn, willing to work hard, keenness to operate in time-bound the manner, and ability to complete tasks.
