Job Description

Business Analyst

Coimbatore, India

Educational Qualifications : Any degree

Experience : 2-5 years

Responsibilities :

Experience in requirement gathering, preparing use cases and traceability matrix
Strong understanding of the process, delivery model and methodologies
Handle gap analysis to map business requirements with product features
Maintain functional specifications and collaborate with the development/implementation team
Gets hands-on to validate the solution once it is developed to ensure it is as per the expectations
Ensures process improvement and compliance in the assigned module and participates in technical discussions/review
Provide demos to clients and get the inputs on the final solution. Incorporate any major comments/concerns on the solution
Contributes towards expanding and improving existing product set by identifying new features or service opportunities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Skills Desired :

Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong technical background and communication skills
Strong analytical and logical reasoning ability
