This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst in Analytics Resource. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, requirements, and data to facilitate decision-making and improve organizational performance. The Business Analyst will also communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure business requirements are met. 

Requirements:

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes 
• Ability to work independently and remotely Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Experience in the media industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new product and service oriented strategies
• Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team
• Identify and solve weaknesses within the organization
• Explore new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction
