• Main responsibility shall include talent acquisition and talent management.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives in the organization.
• Implement employee retention strategies.
• Facilitate Reward & Recognition framework for high potential employees.
• Work as a bridge between management and employee relations.
• Creatively resolve employee issues, and proactively prevent problems. Nurture positive work environment.
• Manage employee KRAs and KPIs
• Any other HR activities as required time to time like RNR, Fun Friday/Saturday

Timings : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
