Deepija Telecom Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Business Analyst. You will work alongside Development team and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and handling the clients. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Required Qualification

• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication (English & Hindi mandatory) skills
• Exceptional Analytical and Conceptual thinking skills.
• Can Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
• Excellent high- and low-level documentation skills.
• Ability to distinguish between Change Request and New Feature and get justification from stakeholders accordingly.
• Track development progress and report to the stakeholders
• Negotiation and Customer management skills.
• Ability to work closely with Project stakeholders (Development, Sales, Testing, Support)Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in the Telecom domain will be an added advantage.
