Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs Technical Business Analyst, you are responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.You will demonstrate expertise in the E2E workflows in application and be able to coordinate with upstream and downstream applications, and give the right solutionsResponsibilities:- Requirement gathering, implement UML diagrams by meeting the business needs
- Expertise in Java/J2EE/Springs/Hibernate
- Estimate the development efforts for upcoming requirements
- Interact with cross functional teams and need to deliver things on timely basis
- Work on AIX Linux & WAS servers
- Writing SQL queries as needed
Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Minimum 8-10+ years of work experience on Complex application development projects
- Possess BA skills and would have performed the Technical Architect role with E2E exposure of life cycle (Waterfall and Agile methodologies)
- Working knowledge of UML diagrams, AIX Linux & WAS servers
- Ability to independently Analyze requirements based on a given specification and come up with Business Analysis Work Products.
- Coordinate with client and other upstream and downstream applications to sync our applications and make middleware solutioning stabilize.
- Strong skills required in Github, Jira, SonarQube, Cloud and Openshift concepts
- Java full stack develper and Admin skills in middle ware
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Exposure to Java/J2EE/Spring/Struts/Hibernate,Aix, GITHub, XML, EDI, SQL,DB2, WTX is preferred, Spring Boot, Jenkins, DevOps, MS Visio
